Storytelling
is communication
You being here means that you are a leader that cares. You recognize the need for top-notch storytelling that's as real and valid inside your organization as it is to the outside world. And you are curious of what we have done for others. Scroll down and you'll find examples of just that. In no specific order, some older, some newer, but showcasing various event and film productions that might interest you.
Whether you need films or events to talk inwards or outwards, to explain your business, tell people about your brilliant ideas, inspire and transfer knowledge, build your brand or just sell stuff - we don't know. Yet. But regardless of your purpose, or specific needs, regardless of platform - we are here to help you communicate and elevate your brand to the next level.
It was quite a secret to keep when Office Management did their new brand reveal, merging together with Xite and Bluecom to become Avoki - marking a new chapter in their 30 year history. Only a handfull of people and trusted suppliers knew the new identity before the launch.
And Maybe We Could Be A Thing was one of them.
Producing both invitations and teasers for the upcomming event as well as semi-branded material hinting about the new road forward was just one part of the pre-communication package. We also did 14 nomination films for their yearly competition IT Champion of The Year and followed it up with producing all of the graphics and films for the event itself as well as film for social media revealing the birth of the new brand - AVOKI.
Anna functioned both as producer and moderator/hostess during the event and Krajan took lead on all things visual on screen. A full day of learnings, new visuals, guidelines and most of all - a new name - took the employees from Stockholm Space Arena and ended with a complete take over of Steam Hotel.
Having a solid pre-made plan for documenting the event itself made the production of an Event Promo, an Employer Branding film and 8 Partner films run smoothly.

During Covid, Swedish fintech company Klarna wanted to disrupt the pandemic to connect with, and inspire its employees on a global scale - across 6 different time zones - the challenge was not only to create a full day live digital interactive event - on short notice, during lockdown - but to transform Klarnas own Learning and Development team into a swift and effective event crew - making it - an event truly made by Klarna - for 'Klarnauts'.
Besides from setting structure and processes in play for the event team, an intense pre-com production was put in motion with both graphical production and films to keep the upcoming event top of mind, teasing and promoting the keynote speakers and informing about technical aspects and preparations for connecting.
The event itself was a huge success - featuring a much talked about slow Jam with Sebastian Siemiatkowski and Knut Frängsmyr, 3 different breakout groups with 14 talks, 20 internal keynote speakers, a live DJ, secret guests and a special live appearance from Agnes - all to keep Klarnauts both in - and off the couch - it also set the bar for a completely new way of producing internal events.
